CORE Rehabilitation is the Pelvic Health Specialty extension of Santa Maria Valley Physical Therapy Group. Karen Bailey, PT and Samantha Stollberg, PT PRPC have been treating Pelvic Health issues at SMVPT since 2003. As physical therapists, they specialize in the pelvic floor and pelvic girdle muscles, but incorporate their orthopedic background for whole body healing. The benefit of their focus is that it allows them to establish a comprehensive treatment plan when treating these complex diagnosis. CORE Rehabilitation offers treatment of several unique pelvic conditions for both men and women. Our therapists can help educate you on how to be proactive and prevent further functional impairment, as well as, help you overcome the current physical issues you may have.

Here are the 3 most common diagnoses that are treated at CORE Rehabilitation: Bladder Dysfunction, Pelvic Pain, and Pregnancy/Postpartum.

POST NATAL FIT CHECK - $150

• 1 hour Evaluation of Diastasis Recti, Internal and External Pelvic Floor
  muscles, Prolapse, C-section and episiotomy scar and any lingering Joint
  Pain

• This is a great option for beginning treatment to re-establish your deep core
  muscle activation

• Even if you are symptom free, this is a great way to start your fitness
  recovery to prevent future issues or injury

• Pay for a bundled group of sessions and receive a lower price per session
  Evaluation + Two 1 hour sessions for $360

  ADD ON OPTIONS:

• Additional 1 Hour PT visit "pay as you go"- $125

• PostPartum 1 Hour Counseling Session with Greta Pankratz, LCSW-
  $125 (located in the CORE office suite)

• PostNatal Massage with Lisa Jay, CMT- $100 (located in the CORE
